With our country facing a strong health need for the "baby boomers" a good medical office staff is imperative. I cannot stress enough the need for polite, caring staff who give each patient the personal touch. One who also explains clearly, what is required prior from the patient before coming into your office. Then again when that patient comes into your practice handling each one with polite respect. I have heard time and time again from this segment of our society how much they "resent" the way they are dealt with by their physicians medical office staff. They find them rude, impatient and generally lacking empathy. If allowed to continue there goes your revenue.... |
